Grievance of the petitioner is that high tension wires are being put over the residential colony developed by the petitioner. Thus, the Nigam may be restrained from undertaking this exercise.
Learned counsel appearing for Nigam (respondents No.2 to 7 herein), however, submits that the project was taken up with the aid of World Bank and 80% of the work was completed in the year 2015 itself. According to her, no cause of action now survives in this petition.
Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted as petitioner remains unrepresented.
Dismissed for want of prosecution.
