1. In terms of the order dated 06.02.2026, Ms. Nidhi Pathak, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the defendant and submits that an affidavit of compliance has been filed vide Diary No.79030, however, the same is not on record.
2. Ms. Pathak, learned counsel for the defendant hands over a hard copy of the said affidavit with annexures 'A' and 'B'.
3. The affidavit of compliance dated 16.02.2026 is taken on record.
4. Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned senior counsel appearing for the plaintiffs submits that an advance copy has already been received by them, however, in context of the averments in the said affidavit, a response is necessitated.
5. Accordingly, response to the said affidavit be filed by the plaintiffs within two weeks from date with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the defendant.
