(2)The transfers Counseling of Head Master Grade II/Mandal Education Officer/Lecturer District Institute of Educational and Training shall be conducted in 3 spells in the following order.First Spell. - The Head Masters Grade II found surplus due to rationalization and the male Head Masters Grade II working in girl's schools.Second Spell. - 1. The Head Master Grade II/Lecturer District Institute of Education and Training who have completed 8 years of service and who have applied for transfer.
