Section 12(2) in The Haryana Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1973
(2)On receipt of any appeal under sub-section (1), the State Government may, after calling for a report from the competent authority and giving an opportunity to the parties of being heard and after making such further inquiry, if any, as may be necessary, pass such orders as it thinks fit and the order of the State Government shall be final.
