Section 138 in The Ajmer Tenancy and Land Records Act, 1950
138. Inquiry into cases.—
(1)Contested cases relating to entries in the annual registers and to boundary disputes shall be heard and decided by the sub-divisional officer who shall submit the record of the case for confirmation of the order passed by him to the collector.(2)Uncontested cases shall be disposed of by the tahsildar.
