The argument is that a similar judgment and order of the Tribunal, as impugned in this writ petition, has already been set aside by this Court vide judgment and order dated 10.05.2018 passed in a batch of writ petitions in which leading was D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18488/2016- The Union of India & Ors. Vs. Dev Karan Mahala & Ors.
Issue notice to the respondent by registered post, returnable within six weeks.
