Section 16(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authorities Act, 1997
(2)A District Legal Aid Fund shall be applied for meetings,-(a)the cost of functions referred to in sections 8 and 11 ;(b)any other expenses which are required to be met by the District Authority.
