Section 2 in Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board Service Rules, 1974
(2)They shall apply to all employees in the Service of the Board except those governed by specific agreements :Provided that in the case of Government servants on deputation, they shall apply to the extent specified in the terms and conditions of their deputation.
