Section 52 in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
52. Questions on matters relating to administration.
- A Councillor [* * *] [Words 'or Alderman' omitted by West Bengal Act 36 of 1994.] may, in such manner as may be prescribed, ask the Mayor-in-Council questions on any matter relating to the administration of the Corporation or the municipal government of the city and all such questions shall be answered by the Mayor or any other member of the Mayor-in-Council.
