359. Revised lists.
- Any person whose name has been improperly inserted in or omitted from such lists or who is wrongly or defectively described in them may on or before the twentieth day of April following the publication of such lists apply to the Clerk of the State for the correction and amendment of such lists and the Clerk of the State shall forthwith make all such corrections as shall seem to him to be necessary. The revised lists shall be published in the Official Gazette before the first day of May next after their preparation.Copies of the revised lists shall also be affixed to some conspicuous part of the Court House at Jodhpur or Jaipur, as the case may be.
