16. Periodical inspection of sheds used for keeping animals or bird.
- Any officer authorized by the Licensing Officer in this behalf shall make periodical inspections to the sheds used for keeping animals or birds and verify whether the animals or birds are being kept in accordance with the conditions prescribed in the licence issued for this purpose. The Inspecting Officer shall make an endorsement in the Licence Book kept by the owners at the appropriate places. The Licensing Officer, while making inspection, shall see whether the Officers authorized in this behalf arc1 inspecting the sheds regularly and properly and also shall make endorsement in the Licence Book.
