(2)A batch of prisoners sentenced to a term not exceeding three months working outside the prison, shall not consist of more than 20 prisoners.Explanation. - For the purposes of this rule and rule 237 the expression "outside a prison" includes any part of such appurtenant premises as are at a distance of 185 meters or more from the main entrance gate of the prison building.
