Section 33(1) in The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab Act, 2006
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be the final authority for the maintenance of discipline among the students of the University. His directions in this behalf shall be carried out by the Heads of Departments, hostels and institutions.
