Section 65 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
65. Amendment of section 451.- In section 451 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (1), for the word" Court", the word" Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b)in sub- section (2), for the words" Official Liquidator", the words, brackets, letter and figures" the Official Liquidator referred to in clause (c) of sub- section (1) of section 448" shall be substituted.
