Section 1(1) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Octroi) Rules, 1962
(1)These rules may be called the [Rajasthan Municipalities (Octroi) Rules, 1962.] [The State Government vide Notification dated 31-7-1998, has directed that octroi levied by all Municipal Corporation/ Council/ Boards shall be withdrawn from 1-8-1998. See Notification under section 104.]
