Section 11(1) in Gujarat Value Added Tax Rules, 2006
(1)The Commissioner shall publish the following details with regard to the suspension or cancellation of registration of dealers as well as the cases falling under sub-section (4) of section 27, namely:-(a)name of the dealer whose registration is suspended or cancelled,(b)registration number of the certificate,(c)date from which certificate of registration is suspended or cancelled.
