Section 105(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)Every market committee shall entrust to the Board all the civil work including electrical work other than original work, the cost of which does not exceed Rs. 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) and the maintenance and repair work the cost of which does not exceed Rs. 50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand only).
