Section 15 in The Punjab Passengers and Goods Taxation Rules, 1952
15. Inspection Note Book.
- Every owner shall maintain or cause to be maintained [in each office, booking office and on] [Substituted vide Punjab Government Notification No. 4141-E&T (VI)- 60/1, dated 23rd November, 1960.] each vehicle an Inspection Note Book which shall, on demand, be produced before an inspecting officer for recording of remarks by the said officer. The Book shall be in form PTT 6 and the owner shall get it authenticated by the Assessing Authority before bringing it into use, the one already in use shall be surrendered to the Assessing Authority.
