Section 46 in The Medical Council Of India Regulations, 2000
46. Notice, etc., for meetings .-(1) Within four weeks before the meeting of the Council, the Executive Committee shall ordinarily meet and also at such other times and places as the President may determine.
(2)The Secretary shall, at least ten days before the date fixed for the meeting, despatch the notice along with the agenda reflecting therein the business listed before the said meeting, to each member.
