(1)The sum payable to a landholder or superior tenant in any one year under clause (b) of Section 42 or under clause (b) of Section 43 shall be payable by equal instalments upon the days appointed for the payment to such landholder or superior tenant of the rent of the lands concerned, and shall be recoverable as if the same were an arrear of rent.
