Section 6 in Rajasthan Official Trustees Rules, 1956
6. Reduction of fees.
- If any case it appears to the Official Trustee that the circumstances of a trust are, or probably will be, such as to render his duties in relation thereto exceptionally simple or otherwise of an exceptional character justifying this course, he may remit any part (not exceeding one- half) of any prescribed fee: but in every such case the reasons for so doing shall be recorded by him, and a report of such case shall be submitted to the State Government in January every year.
