22. Visiting Committee for Receiving Centres or Certified Institutions not maintained by the Chief Commissioner.
- The duties of a Visiting Committee appointed for a Receiving Centre or Certified Institution not maintained by the Chief Commissioner shall, subject to the terms of any agreements, entered into by the Chief Commissioner in respect thereof, be as prescribed by rule 21.
