16. Academic and technical qualifications and experience.
- A candidate for direct recruitment to the post enumerated in the Schedule shall possess, -(i)the qualifications and experience given in column 4 of the Schedule; and(ii)working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
