Section 12(1) in Karnataka Silkworm Seed Cocoon and Silk Yarn (Regulation of Production, Supply, Distribution and Sale) Act, 1959
(1)Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 3 or 4 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to [[one thousand] [Substituted by Act 29 of 1969 w.e.f. 22.12.1969.] rupees].
