(1)(a)The licensing authority shall from time to time, conduct inspections of manufacturing facilities and records, in order to ensure compliance with the conditions of the license under the Act.(b)The inspection may include verification of inventory records, mechanism of marking of firearms, review of security norms, personnel records and any other areas of relevance deemed appropriate by the inspecting team or as per the instructions contained in the audit and inspection programme decided by the licensing authority.
