(2)In determining the amount of debts due, the Court may exercise the powers conferred upon it by section 3 of the Usurious Loans Act, 1918 :Provided that, no Court shall allow on account of arrears of interest, exclusive of such interest as has already been paid, a sum greater than the principal of the debt.
