Section 91(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(2)Removal from service(i)any of the misconduct for which he may be dismissed under sub-rule (1) above;(ii)repeated minor misconducts;(iii)absence from duty without proper intimation or overstay beyond sanctioned leave without sufficient cause.
