Section 1 in Hyderabad Metropolitain Water Supply Sewerage Act, 1989
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1989.(2)It extends to the whole of the Hyderabad Metropolitan area.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint, and they may appoint different dates for different provisions or different chapters.
