Section 4(1) in The West Bengal Standards Of Weights And Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(1)The State Government may, with the permission of the central Government, cause to be prepared at a mint as many sets of standard weights and standard measures as it may deem necessary to be called the verification models.
