1. By this common order, both the above mentioned writ petitions are being disposed of as both the writ petitions involve the same question of law on similar facts.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present petitions has already been answered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court while passing order in CWP-4165-2019, titled as Haryana State Minor Irrigation & Tube-wells Corporation Ltd and Anr. Versus The Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal -cum- Labour Court U.T.
