Section 30(b) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets (Market Committee Employees) Service Rules, 1975
(b)After expiry of the period of the reduction the pay of the employee shall be regulated as under:-(i)If the order of reduction lays down that the period of reduction shall not operate to postpone future increments, the employee shall be allowed the pay which he would have drawn in normal course but for his reduction;(ii)The stage in the time scale (in terms of rupees) to which employee is reduced; and(iii)If the order specified that the period of reduction was to operate to postpone future increments for any specified period, the pay of an employee shall be fixed in accordance with (i) above but after treating the period for which the increments were to be postponed as not counted for increments.
