(2)Every cess-pool whether constructed before the coming into force of these rules or after it shall be made of stone or burnt brick with lime mortar and line, with an impervious layer or cement and be so constructed as to have all corners rounded off and to have a round sump. The capacity of the cess-pool shall be determined by the Health Officer according to the dimension of the building and the average number of persons likely to live in it.
