(17)The accounts of the State Co-operative Bank, a Central Co-operative Bank and the State Co-operative agriculture and rural development bank shall be audited and certified by Chartered Accountants as defined in the Chartered Accountant Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) appointed by it from the panel approved by the National Bank.
