Section 11(3) in Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Handloom Weavers Family Pension Rules, 1992
(3)The death of a member for the purpose of sub-rule (2) shall be due to natural causes or unexpected accidents. The family of a member, who died due to suicide shall not be entitled for the family pension, under the scheme.
