20. Mamlatdar's order to be endorsed on plaint and read out in open Court.
- Every order of the Mamlatdar, whether for rejecting or returning a plaint or whether for allowing or disallowing a claim, shall be endorsed by the Mamlatdar on the plaint and shall be read out by him in open Court, either at once or on some future day of which due notice shall be given to the parties or their pleaders, and brief reasons froth order shall be placed by him on record.
