44. Smoking, Light, etc.
- No smoking smoking materials, matches or naked lights of any kind shall be permitted within the enclosure or rewinding room. Notice to this effect shall be posted conspicuously at every door of these enclosure and rooms. A 'No Admission to the Public' Notice shall also be similarly displayed.
