Section 5(1)(vii) in The U.P. Area Development (Regulation of Water Supply) (Osrabandi) Rules, 1979

(vii)If any of the cultivable area within the chak boundaries is excluded from Osrabandi, reasons for such exclusion shall be given. Area of such excluded land shall be given in bighas and biswas or in acres and decimals.
