Section 14(1) in Orissa Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2004
(1)The licensee shall pay in advance prospecting fee at the rate of one hundred rupees per hectre of land or part thereof land covered by the license for each year or part of a year of the period for which the license is to be granted.
