Section 34(7)(b) in Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951

(b)The assignment of land revenue enfranchised under sub section (1), or the rent fixed under sub section (2) and (3), as the case may be, shall be payable to the devadasi concerned during her life-time and after her death to the temple concerned.
