(d)No gratuity shall be paid to a servant or to his family except in cases where the servant leaves that service of the Vishwavidyalaya with the permission of the Board given on the ground that he is incapable of continuing in the service of the Vishwavidyalaya or where the servant dies while still in the service of the Vishwavidyalaya.
