1. Mr. Hardik Modh, learned advocate for the petitioner has invited the attention of the court to the order dated 9.2.2018 passed by a coordinate bench in Special Civil Application No.726 of 2018, wherein this court has issued notice. Reference is also made to an order dated 12.12.2018 made in the same writ petition, whereby this court has granted interim relief by directing that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned notification. It was submitted that the petitioner in the present case is similarly situated to the petitioner in the said case.

2. In the aforesaid premises, Issue Notice returnable on 13th February, 2019. By way of ad-interim relief, it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned notification. Direct Service is permitted.
