Section 35A(6)(a) in THE CONSTITUTION (APPLICATION TO JAMMU AND KASHMIR) ORDER, 1954

(a)In article 246, the words, brackets and figures "Notwithstandinganything in clauses (2) and (3)" occurring in clause (1), and clauses (3), (3)and (4) shall be omitted.
