Section 8(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002
(1)The Chairman shall be the Principal Executive Officer of the Board and shall preside at the meetings of the Board Advisory Committee and of such bodies or authorities as might be provided under the provisions of this Act and the Regulations made thereunder.
