Section 14(1) in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
(1)The Registrar shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University appointed by the Executive Council for such period as may be specified by the Executive Council and the terms and conditions of service of the Registrar shall be such as are specified in the first statutes.
