Section 45(1) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(1)For the purpose of enabling it to exercise the power conferred on it under Section 44, an autonomous college, autonomous recognised institution or autonomous University Department shall appoint a Standing Committee consisting of such members, including the Chairperson, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
