(b)
(i)in the case falling under cause (1) report in writing of its acquisition of right as mortgagee to the [competent authority] [These words were substituted for the words 'village accountant' by Gujarat 9 of 1995, section 2 (w.e.f. 23-07-1997).] in accordance with the provisions of section 135C, and
