Section 36 in The Government of Union Territories Act, 1963
36. Restriction on discussion in the Legislative Assembly.
- No discussion shall take place in the Legislative Assembly of a Union territory with respect to the conduct of any Judicial Commissioner of any judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court in the discharge of his duties.
