I.D.NO.67/2000 BY THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNAL, BANGALORE
AND GRANTING ALL THE RELIEFS CLAIMED IN THE I.A'S; ETC

THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRL.HEARING
IN 'B' GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                         ORDER

Four orders of different dates of the Industrial Tribunal rejecting four applications filed by the petitioner in the course of industrial adjudication, are subject matter of these writ petitions.

2. There is no dispute that, on an earlier occasion, when the parties were before this court in WP No.5449/2005, a learned single Judge having recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties that they were willing for an expeditious disposal of the industrial dispute and would fully cooperate with the Industrial Tribunal, directed the Industrial Tribunal to dispose of ID No.67/2000 within three months. It is also a matter of fact that the industrial dispute is listed for 3 W.P.35692/13 & 49873-49877/13 argument on merit of the reference, hence in final stage of conclusion of the proceeding.

3. In the circumstances, these petitions are disposed of, reserving liberty to question the orders impugned in the petitions, if the petitioner is aggrieved, after the final outcome in the Award to be passed by the Industrial Tribunal, over the industrial dispute.
