ORAL ORDER
6 23-04-2026Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in I.A. No. 2 of 2025 and I.A. No. 4 of 2025, filed in C.W.J.C. No. 5861 of 2025, is directed to serve the copies of the interlocutory applications on the counsel for all the petitioners in all the CWJCs and all the counsels for the respondents.
2. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respective oil Corporations submit that the counter affidavit has already been filed in C.W.J.C. No. 5861 of 2025 and the same Patna High Court CWJC No.7812 of 2025(6) dt.23-04-2026 7/7 will suffice for the other Writ Petitions also.
3. The counsel for the respondent in C.W.J.C. No. 5861 of 2025 is directed to serve the copy of the counter affidavit to the counsel for the petitioners and other respondents.
4. Post these matters on 29th June, 2026.
5. The interim order granted on 03.06.2025 shall stand extended till the next date of hearing.
