Section 132(1) in The Orissa Urban Police Act, 2003
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act in consequence of the transition to the said provisions from the provisions of earlier enactments, the Government may, by notification, make such provisions as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty :Provided that no such notification shall be issued after the expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act.
